If you have tried to access the "Virtual Campus" and the system has advised you that your account is inactive, this may be for two different reasons:
- Because your course has ended and you have not logged in to the "Virtual Campus" for some time.
- Due to the successful completion of the course(s) you were enrolled in.
Is it possible to request a new activation of my account?
As a part of our flexible methodology, if you have not yet finished the course and 12 months have not yet passed since you enrolled, you might apply for a free course extension in order to continue and successfully complete the course.
After successful completion of the course, your student account is temporarily inactivated until you re-enrol for another course.
Why are enrolments for each Programme limited?
LISA Institute's teaching methodology allows Professors who are expert and active professionals in the fields of Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Geopolitics, Emergencies or Self-Protection, to teach as a complement to their regular work.
As a result, students gain fully practical, up-to-date knowledge and skills, oriented to their real individual and professional needs.
For this education to be excellent and of the highest quality, one single professor cannot have a large number of students at the same time, since this would mean that interaction with trainees would be worse, messages would be answered over a longer time span and practical work would not be graded adequately.
That is why all instructors have a commitment to reply to any message and grade any practical work within 1 to 5 working days from the time the student sends it.
To ensure that it can be feasible, all courses are limited to a maximum number of students who can be on the Programme at the same time, to provide the students who are taking the course with an excellent service (both the Academic Coordination Team and the Teaching Staff).
If my account is not active, does this mean my information and score have been lost?
Not at all, your learner account still remains!
If you have not completed the course and 12 months have not passed since you enrolled, you might be able to apply for a free extension.
If you have already finished the course (or courses) you were signed up for, every time you sign up for a course with the same email address, your student account will be re-activated and the new course will be added to your profile. This way, you can check all the contents on all the courses, both new courses and the previous ones you have already completed.
If you want to register to any other course, keep in mind that, as a LISA Alumni, you have a special discount based on the achieved results, which you received in the email accompanying the Certificate-Diploma.
